JRokBets does not accept, process, or facilitate sports wagers. We are an information and entertainment service only.

VIP access requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. JRokBets does not store your payment card information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JRokBets — including predictions, analysis, text, graphics, software, and data — is the proprietary property of JRokBets and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Redistribute, republish, or resell any predictions or content
• Screenshot and share VIP content publicly
• Use our content to operate a competing service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the website

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share or redistribute VIP content without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access VIP content ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Predictions will be accurate or profitable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected
